The Sunday Times recognises IAB英国 as one of the best places to work in the country

The Sunday Times has revealed its annual list of the 500 best places to work across the UK - the definitive list of leading employers that are building positive workplace cultures and nurturing happy staff.  第一次, IAB英国 is included in the ‘Small Organisation’ category, an achievement that recognises how the IAB is empowering and supporting employees - both on an individual level and as part of a cohesive, 高效的团队.

The list is produced in partnership with WorkL, who create a 26 questions employee engagement survey with behavioural scientists, 数据分析师, 心理学家, 商业领袖, academics and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace. 

To achieve a high overall engagement score, an organisation must score well across WorkL’s six-step framework encompassing: reward and recognition; instilling pride;  information sharing; empowerment; wellbeing; and job satisfaction. In addition to the survey, the process also involves putting forward a detailed description of internal processes, benefits and support structures.
